On May 8, under the guidance and support of the Shenzhen Municipal Government and Luohu District Government, the Shenzhen Global Expansion Center, jointly built by Microsoft in collaboration with eclicktech and multiple ecosystem partners, was officially launched and entered the physical operation phase. Relying on the two-level global expansion supporting policies of the city and district, the center has built a one-stop service system covering "global expansion preparation – compliance consulting – overseas growth", marking an important milestone in the international development of enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The Global Expansion Center adopts a "tripartite linkage" model: the Luohu District Government provides policy guidance (including the Ten Measures for Luohu OPC); eclicktech, as the operating partner, provides global marketing and localized growth support; Microsoft provides brand, technology, platform and global ecosystem resources. The center focuses on emerging industries including modern service industry, digital economy, artificial intelligence, fashion design, low-altitude economy and life sciences, and provides integrated solutions for key challenges such as technical architecture, market access and compliant operation.
At the launch ceremony, representatives from the Luohu District Enterprise Service Center, Microsoft and eclicktech attended the event, witnessing the signing of the first batch of 30 cooperative enterprises and the settlement of 12 professional service institutions. The services cover finance, taxation, auditing, consulting, cloud platforms, international logistics and commercial arbitration, forming a professional service matrix of "compliance + finance and taxation + financing + human resources".
A relevant person in charge of the Luohu District Enterprise Service Center stated that the Microsoft Shenzhen Global Expansion Center will connect enterprises with global AI resources and build a bridge for expanding overseas markets. Dr. Qi Zhang, Microsoft Corporate Vice President and President of Microsoft AI Asia Pacific, pointed out that artificial intelligence is evolving from "chat interaction" to "Agent-driven" and "digital workforce systems", driving Chinese enterprises' global expansion into the "token era". Microsoft will work with partners to deepen the innovative application of AI in marketing scenarios.
Lin Zhu, Chief of Staff of Microsoft AI Asia Pacific and General Manager of Microsoft Advertising (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., said that combining Shenzhen's innovation vitality and smart hardware ecosystem with Microsoft's artificial intelligence technology, "we can take root in Luohu, radiate to Shenzhen and even the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and help global expansion enterprises 'go out with a loud voice and stand firm'". She introduced that for enterprises that have already gone global, the center uses AI technology to achieve point-to-point precision marketing; for enterprises with products but no brands, it builds independent brands through automated content generation. "Luohu has an innovative heritage and application scenarios, and Microsoft's technological empowerment forms a complementary advantage."
"We hope to help brands expand globally efficiently through precise data, making every marketing dollar count," said Lan Xianghui, Co-Founder of eclicktech. "The center will focus on tracks such as smart hardware and software, and help enterprises achieve global localization from aspects including laws and regulations, product iteration and brand building."
