On June 19, the two-day AWS Summit China 2025 kicked off at the Shanghai World Expo Center. Under the official theme "From Vision to Reality", this year’s summit focused on cutting-edge topics including generative AI, big data, migration and modernization, cloud infrastructure, and security compliance. At the executive forum of AWS Summit China 2025, Aodi Zhang, CPO of eclicktech, was invited to have an in-depth dialogue with Shaown Nandi, Global Technical General Manager of AWS, on the theme of "Seizing the Next Wave of Generative AI: Agentic AI". Aodi Zhang further elaborated on the three core values of Agentic AI in marketing:

For example, in the advertising delivery chain, manual optimization is replaced by agents that automatically complete the entire process of creative generation, channel allocation, and budget adjustment.

  • Business Visualization: By deconstructing vertical scenarios into multiple task-based agents, business processes become visible, controllable and reconfigurable. For instance, the "Short Drama Generation Agent" can automatically complete script writing, storyboard design and digital human performance, shortening the production cycle from 2 days to 30 minutes.

  • Organizational Intelligence: Enterprises can integrate internal SOPs through an Agent Hub, transforming from "tool invocation" to "business goal-driven" operations. For example, eclicktech’s internal AI customer service scheduling system has replaced 10 service desk staff, achieving an 80% problem interception rate.

As Aodi Zhang pointed out, Agentic AI is first being implemented not in general AI scenarios, but in vertical scenarios with high-frequency, rigid-demand and low-innovation repetitive tasks.
