Tonghuashun: Could you elaborate on the key transformations and developments eclicktech has undergone in its business direction and core positioning since its founding? What is the company’s current overall business and organizational structure?

Wang Ping: As one of China’s first intelligent marketing service providers for enterprise globalization, eclicktech has focused on overseas intelligent marketing services since its inception. We have accompanied and supported the global expansion of a large number of Chinese traditional enterprises and emerging tech products, including super e-commerce platforms represented by Alibaba, SHEIN and Temu; tech giants such as Tencent, NetEase, ByteDance and iQIYI; established domestic brands like Florasis, Misshan and Xtep; and outstanding emerging players in overseas markets such as Maple Interactive, Talkie and PopAI.

If I had to highlight a key transformation, in the early days of the company, PC internet intelligent marketing was already well-established, while mobile internet intelligent marketing was just emerging. The core founding team made the bold decision to go all-in on mobile internet in 2012. This move, coupled with the subsequent explosive growth of mobile internet, gave us a first-mover advantage in accumulating technological, data and professional service capabilities.

Currently, performance advertising accounts for over 95% of the company’s main business. We have formed a "horizontal and vertical" dual-engine business structure: the horizontal intelligent marketing business line spanning market insights, marketing strategies, content creation, budget allocation to data feedback, and the vertical AI-powered product business line covering cloud infrastructure, data analytics, strategy formulation to marketing execution. eclicktech’s three core intelligent marketing brands—Cyberklick, Yeahmobi and zMaticoo—respectively provide clients with performance advertising and integrated marketing services on top-tier media platforms, integrated marketing services on mid-to-long-tail media, and programmatic advertising services. This forms a full marketing chain coverage from DSP marketing management to ADX ad exchange and SSP traffic monetization.

In terms of organizational structure, the company is committed to building a "people-centric, continuously evolving" organization. On one hand, we continue to strengthen the construction of our digital foundation; on the other hand, we continuously improve the capabilities of our CI (Cloud Intelligence) + BI (Business Intelligence) + AI (Artificial Intelligence) system and risk control system.

Tonghuashun: From an industry position perspective, what are eclicktech’s unique competitive moats compared to other competitors? What are your significant advantages in technology, data and experience?

Wang Ping: As an intelligent marketing technology company that has deeply cultivated the global market for more than a decade, our core business of performance advertising relies on a distributed network architecture with millisecond-level response times. We precisely match the marketing demands of our advertiser clients from the massive ad requests generated by over 7 billion devices across more than 200 countries and regions worldwide, delivering impressions and effect feedback. Very few marketing technology companies possess the fundamental technical capability to achieve millisecond-level data response on a global scale.

Meanwhile, as one of the earliest domestic service providers engaged in mobile internet intelligent marketing, we have a strong first-mover advantage in advertiser demand data, media impression and effect data, end-user tag data, and historical campaign accumulation data. In recent years, the company has made high-intensity R&D investments and built a strong technical team, continuously iterating a series of intelligent business platforms and middle-end products including CyberMedia, CyberCreative, CyberTargeter, CyberData, YeahGrowth, zMaticoo SSP & DSP platforms and traffic gateway platforms. We have also independently developed and commercialized cutting-edge AI-driven products such as KreadoAI, Shuyan Intelligence and Cycor, continuously unlocking the commercial value brought by our data and technological advantages.

In terms of media resource accumulation, the company has effective coverage of both global top-tier media traffic and mid-to-long-tail media traffic. Our major partners include top-tier media such as Google, Microsoft, Apple Ads, Meta, Ocean Engine, TikTok for Business and Amazon Ads, as well as mid-to-long-tail media like Xiaomi, Meitu and Transsion. Tonghuashun: What innovative capabilities and services have the company’s core businesses such as Cyberklick, Yeahmobi and zMaticoo adopted in market competition? What has been the market response? Could you share some typical success cases?

Wang Ping: The company’s three core intelligent marketing brands—Cyberklick, Yeahmobi and zMaticoo—respectively provide clients with performance advertising and integrated marketing services on top-tier media platforms, integrated marketing services on mid-to-long-tail media, and programmatic advertising services:

  • Cyberklick works closely with global top-tier media including Google, Meta, TikTok for Business, Ocean Engine, Kuaishou Magnetic Engine, Kwai for Business, Microsoft Advertising, Apple Ads and AppLovin. With "marketing technology + professional services", it helps overseas enterprises achieve global business growth and brand value enhancement. It provides customized global, regional and domestic solutions including performance advertising, full brand campaigns, independent website building, creative design, live-stream e-commerce and marketing consulting for multiple industries such as e-commerce, gaming, tools, education and new energy.

In the e-commerce industry, for example, Cyberklick has been a close partner of SHEIN in its global expansion for more than a decade, and also maintains long-term good cooperation with Alibaba, Xike and Shopee. We helped Transsion, known as the "King of African Smartphones", expand its new brand Infinix Note series in the Southeast Asian market during its second overseas expansion. We also assisted Loctek, a leading Chinese smart home enterprise, in marketing campaigns targeting the US, Japan and Australia. Meanwhile, with the rapid global rise of the "Four Dragons" of cross-border e-commerce—SHEIN, Temu, TikTok Shop and Aliexpress—driving a large number of industrial sellers to go overseas, we have joined hands with these four platforms to actively expand coverage of growth-oriented clients.

In addition, Cyberklick actively serves clients in the video, gaming, short drama and AI industries, helping Maple Interactive’s short drama app ReelShort, women’s leisure reading app Dreame, AI tool app PopAI and AI social app Talkie successfully expand overseas. In 2024, the company won the title of TikTok for Business "Short Drama Production Service Provider" partner for its excellent content creation capabilities.

  • Yeahmobi focuses more on the integration of global mid-to-long-tail media resources. Adhering to a "data + technology" orientation, it centers on programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, aggregated marketing, localized marketing and brand advertising services to help clients achieve their marketing goals.

Currently, Yeahmobi has successfully helped multiple game manufacturers including 37 Interactive Entertainment, 4399, Funplus and ELEX with their global layout, assisting game products such as Legend of Mushroom, Demon Hunter, Girls X Battle, Miracle Nikki and Knives Out to successfully expand overseas. In addition, Yeahmobi maintains long-term good cooperative relationships with e-commerce platforms and application tool enterprises such as Alibaba, Kwai, Temu, Shopee, Didi, Ctrip and VIU.

Notably, in 2024, Yeahmobi officially became an Amazon Ads Partner and fully integrated the Amazon DSP advertising platform. It can now provide advertisers with multiple advertising solutions on popular Amazon services including Prime Video, Twitch, Fire TV, Alexa and Amazon Music, as well as on third-party publishers, websites and applications outside Amazon, further improving the accuracy and effect conversion of advertising marketing.

  • zMaticoo, eclicktech’s programmatic advertising platform, is dedicated to providing global advertisers and mobile developers with smarter and more convenient advertising monetization and user growth services. The company uses advanced algorithms and AI technology capabilities to efficiently connect multi-source data and media resources, realizing real-time management of the entire data chain in traffic aggregation and advertising transactions. It is committed to building a safer and more transparent mobile development ecosystem together with advertisers and mobile developers.

In 2024, the zMaticoo SDK was officially listed in the Google Play SDK Index, with its user scale, security, compliance and stability recognized by the industry. It has also helped clients in applications, games, short dramas and AI categories including WeTV, Zego, Save the Doge and Talkie efficiently improve their monetization revenue.

Overall, the three business brands of Cyberklick, Yeahmobi and zMaticoo have achieved comprehensive coverage across top-tier to mid-to-long-tail media, integrated marketing to programmatic advertising, and multiple industries and tracks including e-commerce, gaming, cultural tourism, short dramas and AI. They work in synergy to provide customized global marketing and business growth solutions for clients of different sizes, development stages and marketing demands.

Tonghuashun: What has been the company’s R&D investment situation in recent years? What technical fields and projects have the R&D investments mainly focused on? What practical results and benefits have these R&D investments brought to the company?

Wang Ping: Although the basic technologies of the intelligent marketing industry have matured, eclicktech continues to increase its R&D investment, focusing on the application innovation and product upgrading of cutting-edge technologies, especially in artificial intelligence, big data and programmatic advertising, where significant progress has been made. In the first half of 2024, eclicktech’s R&D investment reached 47.8907 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of approximately 7%, demonstrating the company’s emphasis on technological R&D. R&D investment has also become an important driving force for technological upgrading and business growth.

Among them, the programmatic advertising platform upgrade project is the core project of the company’s R&D investment in the intelligent marketing business line. Programmatic advertising is a business model with a high degree of systematization and engineering, including multiple links such as ad prediction, audience targeting, tagging, creative production, template production, bidding and win rate.

Since its founding, the company has continued to invest in all aspects of programmatic advertising. On one hand, we have built our own SSP platform, launched the zMaticoo SDK and collaborated with ad aggregation platform partners to accumulate hundreds of billions of rich traffic resources. On the other hand, on the DSP and DMP platform side, we have continuously upgraded and optimized our algorithms, improved data mining and analysis capabilities, trained more accurate win rate models, and ultimately achieved continuous improvement in client marketing effects. In 2024, the multi-cloud architecture solution for the zMaticoo programmatic advertising traffic platform gateway system was named an Innovative Product and Solution in the CSDN China Developer Influence Annual Selection for its complete and mature multi-cloud architecture and best practices for complex multi-cloud networking.

In addition, on the AI intelligent product line, KreadoAI, the AIGC digital marketing creation platform, iterates rapidly with weekly updates. It currently supports functions such as real digital human short videos, digital human live streaming, AI intelligent shopping guides, AI image processing and one-click generation of viral videos, with over 300 digital human images, 140+ national languages and 1,000+ character voices. These features have helped customers effectively reduce ad creative generation costs, significantly improve generation efficiency, and achieve efficient optimization in ad CTR, cost per click and overall advertising performance.

We also released Shuyan Intelligence, a data analysis and growth model platform, and Cycor, an intelligent multi-cloud management platform, in 2024. The former has helped many gaming and tool clients effectively reduce data management costs and improve customer retention rates. The latter helped Cotti Coffee complete the deployment and launch of its overseas business platform in just 3 months, providing reliable cloud services and information support for its overseas store opening plan. It has achieved "zero failures" since the overseas business went online several months ago, providing a solid guarantee for business continuity.

Tonghuashun: As one of the earliest domestic marketing technology companies to lay out the AIGC strategy, what were the company’s main AI layouts in 2024? What results have been achieved? How do you plan to further deepen the application in the future?

Wang Ping: 2024 was a year of leaps and bounds in the basic capabilities of the entire AI industry. As one of the first domestic marketing technology companies to deploy the AIGC strategy, eclicktech was among the first batch of companies in China to access mainstream general large models including ChatGPT, Gemini, Anthropic, PaLM, LLaMa, ChatGLM, SD and MJ. We also maintain good cooperation with cloud vendors and domestic large model manufacturers such as Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Volcengine, ERNIE, Zhipu AI, Moonshot AI, Baichuan Intelligence and MiniMax, and completed the private deployment of DeepSeek-R1 in February 2025.

Based on the general capabilities of large models, we fine-tuned and retrained them with our own proprietary data, and released the "AI+BI+CI" end-to-end global expansion solution in May 2024. Powered by three core products—KreadoAI (AIGC digital marketing creation platform), Shuyan Intelligence (data analysis & growth model platform) and Cycor (intelligent multi-cloud management platform)—this solution provides comprehensive one-stop services for overseas enterprises, ranging from cloud continuous delivery, multi-cloud financial management, overseas expansion path planning, product intelligent upgrading to digital marketing promotion. It helps overseas enterprises reduce costs, improve global operational efficiency, support rapid business growth, and drive the flywheel of overseas commercial growth. This achievement was successfully selected for the results release of the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) and won the Pioneer Award (DT Award) at the 3rd Global Digital Trade Expo in 2024.

Meanwhile, the DSP algorithm innovation of zMaticoo, eclicktech’s AI-driven programmatic advertising platform, successfully obtained national patent certification in 2024. With a 37% share of open programmatic advertising sales, it ranked first in the Asia-Pacific region for global mobile app advertising in Pixalate’s 2024 Q3 report.

In addition, with the significant improvement in the maturity of the global AI industry chain and the continuous enhancement of computing infrastructure, the demand for user expansion of AI applications in the global market has risen rapidly. In 2024, eclicktech helped AI applications such as PopAI, Hakko Ai and Crushon.AI expand overseas quickly and accurately, earning widespread industry recognition for its professional industry insights and efficient service capabilities.

Tonghuashun: We noticed that the company became AppLovin’s first premier e-commerce agent in Greater China in January 2025. Could you tell us about the cooperation situation and the cooperation expectations for 2025?

Wang Ping: The company has been cooperating with AppLovin since 2017 and 2018. Over the years, we have been paying close attention to AppLovin’s business development and continuously exploring and making breakthroughs in the field of programmatic advertising. In 2024, AppLovin began to explore the e-commerce track. Considering the scattered e-commerce customers, huge market potential, and the fact that cross-border e-commerce is mainly participated by Chinese enterprises relying on China’s supply chain advantages, AppLovin hopes to expand the Greater China market through the agency model. With our rich e-commerce customer resources accumulated over many years, we became its first premier e-commerce agent.

The programmatic advertising market is non-exclusive. Advertisers usually want to cooperate with multiple service providers to compare effects and avoid data concentration. Therefore, our relationship with AppLovin is one of win-win cooperation. As an agent, we can not only provide customers with AppLovin’s services but also expand our business through its brand and resources.

In the next two years, the number of AppLovin’s agents in Greater China will be limited to ensure the scarcity of agent qualifications, maintain the healthy development of the business and a substantial profit margin. At the technical level, we will leverage AppLovin’s brand and resources to improve our programmatic algorithms. At the business level, both advertising agency and AppLovin agency will bring dual benefits to our revenue and the improvement of our imported programmatic advertising business.

Tonghuashun: In the company’s recently disclosed announcement, it is mentioned that the company also maintains long-term and stable cooperative relations with Tencent and Xiaohongshu. What specific cooperations are included? How does the company plan its media resource accumulation?

Wang Ping: As an independent third-party advertising platform, the company maintains long-term, stable and good cooperative relations with high-quality media platforms including Google, Microsoft, Apple Ads, Meta, Ocean Engine, TikTok for Business, Amazon

Ads, Huawei, Xiaomi, Meitu and Transsion. Tencent and Xiaohongshu, as media platforms with rich media formats and high-quality user resources, are also long-term and stable partners of the company.

Among them, Tencent Group is a partner with whom we have launched in-depth cooperation since 2017, with cooperation in multiple business areas such as gaming, application overseas expansion and commercialization. In 2019, with the support of eclicktech, WeTV (the international version of Tencent Video), an important part of Tencent’s internationalization strategy, entered overseas markets such as Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and India. With precise market positioning and marketing strategies, we helped WeTV quickly gain popularity and accumulate a large number of users. Meanwhile, zMaticoo, eclicktech’s programmatic advertising platform, relies on advanced algorithms and AI technology to efficiently integrate multi-source data and media resources, helping WeTV achieve global commercial monetization. On July 18, 2024, eclicktech and Tencent Cloud officially announced the comprehensive deepening of cooperation, focusing on cloud computing, media and pan-entertainment ecosystems, giving full play to their respective advantages and jointly accelerating the digital and intelligent overseas expansion of enterprises.

Xiaohongshu, as a high-quality and highly growing social media platform in recent years, has attracted increasing attention and favor from advertisers and is an important media resource for the company to provide programmatic advertising and brand advertising.

Tonghuashun: What are the company’s prospects and plans for business expansion, technological innovation and market share improvement in the future? How will the company continue to consolidate and enhance its leading position in the industry?

In terms of technological R&D, the company will continue to closely follow the development of cutting-edge AI and advertising marketing technologies, actively expand and strengthen ecological cooperation, continuously reserve and cultivate excellent technical R&D talents, and steadily improve its comprehensive capabilities in data mining, algorithm models and product innovation.
